Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame that was advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, I will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us  ASAP at (Ajeebabetique@yahoo.com). If your order was placed on the weekend, please email us ASAP. I will do my best to fulfill your request and change the address. If I'm unable to, I do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from me, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to me. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Ajee Babetique DO NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. 

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 2-6 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate.  Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order before shipping. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

I offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Standard Shipping: $7.00-$15.00 (2-6 business days) Depending on the weight of the item (0lb-70lb).
  • Free Shipping over $75 (2-6 business days)

International:

  • Rest of the World: $26.50

 

LOCAL DELIVERY 

If your address is within our delivery area, then you will have local delivery as an option at checkout.

For orders that's between $25 and $100 there's a $5 delivery fee.

For orders that's more than $100 is offer free delivery.

Delivery time is only between 9am to 3pm on Monday-Thursday. If you choose this option to receive your order you must be available  within that time frame.

Customers have local delivery as an option only if they meet the following requirements:

All physical products in the cart are eligible for delivery from one location.

The delivery location has the inventory available to fulfill the entire order.

The customer doesn't choose an accelerated checkout method other than Shop Pay in the first step of the checkout. If the customer pays using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal, then the delivery option is not available.

The customer's delivery address can be verified by Google. At checkout, customers can use the dropdown menu of suggested addresses to select a verified address.

The customer's shipping address must be:

within the designated delivery radius and the same province or state, or

within the designated postal codes and in the same country.

A customer can't choose to have some items shipped and some items delivered on the same order. Instead, the customer should place two separate orders.
Your customers can include delivery instructions at checkout and are required to leave a phone number so you can contact them.

CUSTOMERS INSTRUCTIONS 

The order will not be left at the customer home. The customer have to be present at delivery. Please don't leave instructions to leave the order at your home.

Please make sure to leave a phone number in the instructions to easily get in contact with you.

MISSED DELIVERY 

The customer will be contacted twice  before leaving and marking it as missed delivery.

Once the order is marked as missed delivery, there will be NO REFUNDS.

The order will be sent back and the customer have 24 HOURS to pick it up before the order is CANCEL. 

To reschedule the delivery there will be additional $5 added to the total of the order.

REFUNDS 

Refund are only issues if the order was cancel before the customer is notify that it's out for delivery. To immediately cancel the order before its out for delivery, contact this number (708) 437-1574.
